District Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the direction of all merchandising, operational & human resources functions for an individual store in order to achieve or exceed planned sales & profits. This position reports to District Manager.

Required competencies:
• Store Manager experience with an emphasis on fashion apparel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong work ethic, working minimum of 45 hrs /week
• Able to communicate with all levels of organization
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be available for employment within our 8 State Market
