Grocery anchored centers, discount stores anchored strip and power centers. The tenant mix should be comprised of dollar stores, apparel stores, beauty supply stores and other value priced retailers.
The typical store is 11,000 to 16,000 square feet with minimum frontage of 65 feet.
A minimum of 30,000 people in a 3 mile radius ring with a high concentration of African
Americans.
