ALLOCATOR
The Allocator is responsible for allocation of merchandise to stores, following up w/store contact, vendors & buyers. This position reports to Director of Planning & Allocation.
Required Competencies:
- Previous store manager/assistant buyer experience in apparel required
- Analytical mindset
- Excel experience a plus
- Room for advancement into merchandising group
- Opportunity for career minded individual to move from store to corporate
ASSOCIATE BUYER
An Associate Buyer is responsible for attaining or exceeding sales and gross margin goals within assigned departments through effective planning, negotiation and purchasing of merchandise.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- An in depth understanding of retail apparel
- Prior assistant/associate buying experience or a combination of retail management experience and Fashion Merchandising Degree
- Able to travel by auto or plane 35% of your time
DISTRICT MANAGER
The DM is responsible for the leadership and direction of assigned stores within a district, focusing on operational procedures, merchandise presentation and execution of all corporate initiatives. The position reports to the VP of Operations.
Required competencies:
- District Manager/Regional Manager experience with an emphasis on fashion apparel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong work ethic, desire to take on new responsibilities
- Able to communicate with all levels of organization
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be willing to move within our 8 State Market
STORE MANAGER
The Store Manager is responsible for the direction of all merchandising, operational & human resources functions for an individual store in order to achieve or exceed planned sales & profits. This position reports to District Manager.
Required competencies:
- Store Manager experience with an emphasis on fashion apparel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong work ethic, working minimum of 45 hrs /week
- Able to communicate with all levels of organization
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be available for employment within our 8 State Market
