District Manager

The DM is responsible for the leadership and direction of assigned stores within a district, focusing on operational procedures, merchandise presentation and execution of all corporate initiatives. The position reports to the VP of Operations.

Required competencies:
• District Manager/Regional Manager experience with an emphasis on fashion apparel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong work ethic, desire to take on new responsibilities
• Able to communicate with all levels of organization
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be willing to move within our 8 State Market
